About UsWe welcome you to Chen's Bistro and hope that you have a most enjoyable meal with us! we are very proud to provide you. We don't use saturated fats, such as lard, butter or chicken fats, to prepare our food. We served fresh high quality food, cooked to order in a Chinese wok. Our meat, seafood, vegetables, and Saues are prepared daily in our own usda commissary. We use 100% vegetable oil and cook lighter and leaner. Our kitchen is open so you can see our talented cooks in action.
We never start your meal without you and we will prepare any dishes not listed, if possile. Our food comes in special microwable containers so none of the flavor is lost. Even left overs are easy because reheating is a snap. It's a pleasure to serve you.
